The Owner and CEO of Accountability Consulting, Jay Richardson, has three decades of management and leadership experience that showcases his passion for helping others. He has worked in several different industries, from banking to education to healthcare, including twelve years retail where he first developed his concepts on Legendary Service and his Just Look Left methodology. He has several years of proven experience in coaching, training and mentoring Owners, CEOs and business leaders on setting personal and professional goals, setting and communicating clear expectations for their staff, and holding their teams accountable to the results.
Jay has a track record of success in developing processes and procedures for the three branches of any business: Sales, Operations, and Finance – or better stated – get the job, do the job, and get paid for & track the job.
